Wells has 8 high speed SMT lines. Our SMT machines are Panasonic MV2V-B, MV2F, MSH2, MSH3 and FUJI. The solder paste printer machine is automatic screen printing machine (AE-3088D). The reflow soldering machine is 10 temperature zones nitrogen reflow soldering.

Our SMT production capacity is 4 million points / day.

Our testing machines are 3D solder paste thickness measurement machine, 3D BGA inspection system, solder paste viscometer, automatic solder paste stirring machine, automatic supersonic cleaning machine, PCB cutting machine etc.
Our SMT capability is Chip 0402、QFP pitch 0.4&0.5、BGA pitch 0.4&0.5、CSP、Flip Chip、Multiple Chip Module (MCM), and the PCB size can be 50x50mm－460x400mm.

Our whole production process is Lead free. We can provide one-stop service including SMT-PTH-TEST-PACKING-ASSEMBLY. We can also produce FPC, red glue, solder paste printing and adhesive injecting processes.
